The main headquarters of the bank's management is in Aden city, and the structure of the bank is as follows:

1- The General Assembly.
2- The Board of Directors.
3- Sharia Supervisory Board.
4- General Administration.
5- Bank branches and affiliated offices.

 

1- The General Assembly:

The general assembly consists of all the shareholders of the bank, and it holds a meeting for it at least a year during the four months following the end of the financial year of the bank at the invitation of the chairman of the board of directors.

 

2- The Board of Directors: 

The Board of Directors consists of a chairman, vice-presidents and members of the board of directors, who represent the senior management of the bank, and are elected by the general assembly.

 

3- Sharia Supervisory Board:

The Sharia Supervisory Board is appointed by the General Assembly and is completely independent of the management of the bank, and it consists of the following:
a) Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Board.
b) Members of the Sharia Supervisory Board.
c) The Shari'a supervisor of the bank.

 

4- General Administration:

The general administration is considered the executive body of the bank and it consists of the general manager, deputy general manager for investment, deputy general manager for operations, assistant general manager for branch support affairs, assistant general manager for treasury and financial institutions, and the executive departments consisting of:

(Human Resources Department, Investment Department, Credit Risk Department, Commercial Services Department, Real Estate and Supplies Department, Follow-up and Collection Department, Financial Department, Information Technology Department, Internal Control and Audit Department, Treasury and Financial Institutions Department, Legal Affairs Department, Branch Support Department, Department of Marketing, Electronic Money Management, Organization and Development Department, Compliance Department, Sharia Supervision Department).

 

5- Bank branches:-

They are the branches of the bank spread throughout the governorates of the Republic of Yemen and provide all banking services to customers, whether in opening accounts of all kinds, issuing checks and internal and external transfers, or providing investment financing in various Islamic formats.
