The activities of the training program on “Banking Marketing and Professionalism in Customer Service” were concluded on Thursday evening, December 7, 2023, in the city of Al-Shehr.
This training program was implemented in the Shamil Bank of Yemen & Bahrain branch in Al-Shihr in cooperation with the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory during the period from 2 to 7 December 2023. Several employees of the bank in the Al-Shihr branch and many factory employees were trained, in addition to some clients who are owners of special projects in the city of Al-Shehr. The training course was under the supervision of the consultant in marketing, sales, and customer service, Mr. Raed Al-Saqqaf.
The goal of the training program, which was implemented in two phases (the first under the title of personal marketing) (and the second is professionalism in customer service), is to focus on excellence in meeting customers’ needs, expectations, satisfaction, and loyalty, and to train on the skills, behaviors, and tools that help in this.
In conclusion, the management of the Shamil Bank of Yemen & Bahrain, Al Shihr Branch, awarded a shield of honor to the management of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory, in recognition of the bank’s management for the success of the bank’s training and qualification programs. Certificates of participation were also handed over to the participants by Mr. Raed Bahwirth, Manager of the Shamil Bank of Yemen & Bahrain, Al Shihr Branch, and Mr. Muhammad Sultan Al-Fatesh, General Manager of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory, and the program trainer and consultant in marketing, sales, and customer service, Mr. Raed Al-Saqqaf.
